KC Invitational - More State Cuts & Best Times

The KC Invitational was a huge success for our boys this past weekend.  Taylor Strong made his first individual State cut in the 100 Back.  He was also a member of the 400 Free Relay that made the State cut.  Along With Taylor was Daniel Senn, Mason Brown & Garrett Estebo.  Garrett Estebo also won the 100 back in a season best time.  Our 200 Medley Relay also dropped 2 full seconds. 

Overall, we finished tied for 8th place out of the 20 teams.  More importantly, almost every guy that went, had a best time on Friday or Saturday.

100 Breast - Trey Upton, Taylor Wilson, Yutes

It was a great meet for the guys.  I was extremely happy with the performances, especially on Friday.  We need to do a little better job coming back on Saturday to compete for places.  But I think that will come along in the next month when we are completely fresh and rested.
